As the 100th anniversary of the First World War and 75 years since the Battle of Britain, this year has seen a sharp focus on commemorating the events of two world wars.
With this in mind, our current issue of magnet explores how we, as Christians, can respond constructively to the themes of war, peace and remembrance. We find hope in several articles from people who set out to bring peace within communities and explore the theological understanding of peace. We consider new ways of remembering our war dead and we celebrate the coming of the Prince of Peace at Christmas.
