LIZ WAS ALREADY A MAGNET EDITOR when I began work as Editorial Coordinator. Although she was quite new at the time, it never showed. She had ideas and skills, and had taken to it with enthusiasm and efficiency. She was already perfectly capable of training new editors who joined us.
