A LITTLE OVER TWO YEARS ago, when the COVID-19 pandemic reached our shores, I’m not sure whether any of us truly expected what would happen. I remember, quite vividly, the moment we were told to pack up anything we needed as we wouldn’t be returning to the office for the foreseeable future. I think we had a light-hearted sweepstake to guess when we would be back. My bid of three months was wildly wrong, incidentally.
