So what’s our story?

THE THEME FOR METHODIST CONFERENCE 2019 – 2020, is “so what’s the story?”

It would be impossible to tell my personal story of the last 25 years without reference to magnet. For a time, I was known as Mrs Magnet as I popped up at conferences wearing a turquoise polo shirt with a bold ‘‘have you been magnet-ised?’’ on the back. I humped boxes of back and current issues to events and urged people to take copies and spread the word in their town and church. I lived and breathed magnet, then the magazine of the Women’s Network of the Methodist Church.
